Known in the artistic community as an “actor’s director”, Gil himself has performed in 34 professional stage productions (twenty-two leading characters), acted in over 120 commercials, appeared in numerous television and video/film roles and has been in six feature films.
Award winning film director and broadcast television producer, Gilbert Allan is a one man “production house” and “ad agency” rolled into one dynamic consultant and facilitator.
Gil has been in the performing arts since he was a child. He has worked in film, television, radio and the theatrical stage he loves so much. Thirty-four years as a professional director have taken him into a number of different areas of artistic expression.
The former Senior, Writer/Producer/Director at CTV Edmonton and special projects Producer/Director with Global TV has written, produced and directed over 3000 television commercials.
Gil directed the feature motion pictures “Winter Kill, HALO, Cat’s Cradle, Unfinished Business & Green Eyes”. Training films, corporate videos, Infomercials, interstitials, television specials, promotional films, and other broadcast programming make up the body of Gil’s work along with his many stage productions.
Gil continues to teach acting and motion picture production at King’s University College as a sessional instructor. The former adjunct professor from Concordia University College of Alberta (Drama Dept. was an “in house” film and stage director for the university college.) He also served as the V.P. of Communications and the Creative Director at Concordia High School for the same 10 year period and even taught Theatre at Taylor University College on an interim basis.

Katie is a film producer and cinematographer currently residing in Edmonton, AB. She received her education in video production from NAIT, graduating in 2013.
Gregory Kennedy has served as Executive Story Editor and Story Editor for several film and television projects, and is also an award-winning screenwriter with quality produced credits in feature film, dramatic, documentary and reality television, animation and radio. A true believer and confidence booster of Alberta talent and locations, he recently wrote Scrappers, the pilot for a new drama series, and co-founded Reyjax Productions, of which he is a partner.
With 25 years of development and scriptwriting know-how, Greg also brings to any team his impressive research skills and a story sense honed by three decades in national journalism, where he won awards for investigative reporting and feature writing. He’s a former national Arts, Entertainment and Life Editor for CanWest News Service.

His writing and related projects have won recognition from Alberta Culture as well as at the Rosies (AMPIA) — and further afield at the Worldfest Houston International Independent Film Festival and the NHK’s Japan Prize for excellence in educational TV.
ROB CHAULK (Actor/Executive Producer) — Up-and-coming actor Rob Chaulk, who stars as Wrench 'n' Yank recycle yard owner George "Buck" Banks in the new TV drama Scrappers, loves muscle cars and has a passion for the business of television and film.
As a motivational speaker, he’s criss-crossed Canada, inspiring thousands to better their bottom line. A founder of Reyjax Media, he’s also created accounting, paralegal, multimedia and social media advertising firms and owns a cross-fit gym.
He’s also a ticket-holding jack of all trades who’s been around the world on oil rigs, as an iron worker, welder, crane operator and heavy equipment operator. He’s also owned a body shop, mechanics yard, tow trucks, restaurant and ice-cream business. As a respected business coach and mentor, he’s flipped houses, and at one time owned 27 of them.
Recent appearances as an actor in television shows such as Republic of Doyle, Murdoch Mysteries, Heartland, Fantasies of Flying and Blackstone have ignited his newest career.
